1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on dailyji, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. All of these documents are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

These Terms apply to the use of the dailyji website and any associated mobile web application. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and dailyji relating to your use of the platform.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use the dailyji platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). dailyji strictly enforces this requirement and will close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The dailyji platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. dailyji makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on dailyji. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all linked accounts being permanently suspended and any balances being forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change. Providing false information — including false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of this Agreement and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees of dailyji, its affiliates, third-party game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions on the platform.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your dailyji account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify dailyji immediately via in-app live chat or by contacting support at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received and acknowledged, all activity on the account — including any losses incurred — is your responsibility.

3.3 Account Not Transferable. Your dailyji account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account suspension.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. dailyji reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts as disclosed in our Fee Schedule, which is available on request from player support. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

4 Deposits and Payments

4.1 Currency. All transactions on dailyji are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any amounts displayed on the platform are in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. dailyji accepts deposits through the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current accepted methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50). There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dailyji, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are not permitted. Deposits from accounts not in your name will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.5 No Credit. dailyji does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that are available in your player account balance. dailyji accepts no liability for any overdraft, debt, or financial consequence arising from deposits made by a player.

4.6 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time or within a few minutes, subject to confirmation from your payment provider. dailyji is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, GCash, or any third-party payment processor.

5 Withdrawals and KYC Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID) and proof of ownership of the payment method you intend to use for withdrawal.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Times. dailyji targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals once KYC is complete. InstaPay transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during banking hours. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by your payment provider's processing schedules.

5.4 Withdrawal to Own Account. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. dailyji reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal to any account that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player.

5.5 Withdrawal Review. dailyji reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. During a review, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold. You will be notified and asked to cooperate with any verification process.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General. dailyji offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is announced. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where relevant) will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

6.3 One Bonus Per Account. Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared devices is considered bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. dailyji actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting bets with another player to guarantee a profit from bonus funds, and withdrawing a deposit immediately after claiming a no-deposit bonus. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.

6.5 dailyji's Discretion. dailyji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to decline to award a bonus to any player where it reasonably suspects misuse or breach of these Terms.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the dailyji platform — including live casino games, slots, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting — is governed by its own set of rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before you play. Game rules are accessible within each game interface or via the Help section of the platform.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on dailyji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by dailyji's game providers are independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness by accredited testing laboratories.

7.3 Live Casino Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under the supervision of professional dealers. Video feeds are recorded for verification and dispute resolution purposes.

7.4 Return to Player. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game provider. These percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

7.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects a game round in progress, that round will be voided and any stake involved will be returned to your account balance. dailyji is not liable for any winnings that were not received due to a system malfunction.

7.6 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event via in-app live chat. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. dailyji's determination on disputed game results is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dailyji platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in live poker or coordinating bets in live baccarat.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected software error must be reported and will be voided.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financing of terrorism, or other financial crime as defined under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the dailyji platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Creating or using a fake identity, impersonating another person, or providing false documents during KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at dailyji staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the dailyji platform — including but not limited to the dailyji brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game content, software, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of dailyji or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Licence to Use. dailyji grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

9.3 No Unauthorised Use. You may not use the dailyji name, logo, or any other branded materials in any context — including on social media — without the prior written consent of dailyji. Unauthorised use of dailyji's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. dailyji endeavours to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond dailyji's reasonable control. dailyji will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform downtime.

10.2 Gambling Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. By using the dailyji platform, you acknowledge that you may lose money placed as wagers. dailyji is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by you on the platform. You agree to play only with funds you can afford to lose.

10.3 Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, dailyji will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.4 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, dailyji's total liability to you for any single claim will not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Commitment. dailyji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment enjoyed responsibly, and we take our duty of care to players seriously.

11.2 Player Tools. Registered players can access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings at any time, at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the dailyji platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

11.3 Age Verification. dailyji strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all balances will be returned, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.

11.4 Support. If you feel that your gambling is no longer within your control, please contact our support team via in-app live chat immediately. Our agents are trained to assist with responsible gaming requests sensitively. You may also seek guidance from PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources and support services.

12 Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your dailyji account at any time by contacting player support via in-app live chat. Upon verified closure, any available balance that has passed KYC verification will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within ten (10) business days, less any applicable outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

12.2 Closure by dailyji. dailyji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Continued operation of the account would place dailyji in breach of its regulatory obligations under PAGCOR.
• The player has engaged in behaviour that dailyji reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus balances outstanding at the time of closure are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with dailyji's standard procedures, subject to any investigation that may be underway.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and your use of the dailyji platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and relevant PAGCOR regulations.

13.2 Regulatory Oversight. dailyji operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official channels.

13.3 Internal Disputes. In the first instance, all disputes must be raised with dailyji's player support team via in-app live chat or by contacting [email protected]. dailyji will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Complex disputes may take longer, and you will be kept informed of progress.

13.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal or regulatory channels, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 Right to Amend. dailyji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date.

14.2 Notification. For material changes to these Terms, dailyji will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor clarifications or non-substantive amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

14.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the dailyji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
