1 Who We Are
dailyji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating in the Philippines under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). dailyji has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with applicable data protection laws, handling data subject requests, and acting as the primary point of contact for privacy-related inquiries. The DPO can be reached at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Privacy Request".

3 How We Collect Your Data
dailyji collects personal data through the following means:
- Direct submission: When you register an account, complete KYC verification, submit a support request, or update your profile — you provide data to us directly.
- Automated collection: When you use the dailyji platform, our servers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser configuration, and session activity through server logs and cookies.
- Payment processors: When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank, the relevant payment service provider shares transaction confirmation data with us to reconcile your account balance.
- Identity verification partners: During KYC, we may use third-party identity verification services to validate the authenticity of documents you submit. These partners process your ID data solely for verification and are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
- Game providers: Our licensed third-party game providers may pass game result and session data back to dailyji for the purposes of account crediting, dispute resolution, and PAGCOR reporting.
4 How We Use Your Personal Data
dailyji uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
- Account creation and management: To register your player account, authenticate your identity at login, maintain your profile, and manage your account settings.
- KYC and age verification: To verify that you meet the 21+ age requirement mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR, and to confirm your identity before processing withdrawals.
- Payment processing: To facilitate deposits, process withdrawal requests, and maintain accurate transaction records in Philippine Peso (₱).
- Anti-money laundering (AML) compliance: To monitor transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering or financial crime, as required under Republic Act No. 9160 and PAGCOR regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
- Responsible gaming: To monitor gaming activity for indicators of problem gambling behaviour, enforce self-exclusion and cooling-off requests, and support players who reach out for assistance.
- Fraud prevention and security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, bonus abuse, and unauthorised account access.
- Customer support: To respond to your inquiries, resolve disputes, and improve our service quality based on support interaction data.
- Service communications: To send you transactional notifications relating to deposits, withdrawals, bonus activations, and account security events. These are not marketing emails and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
- Platform improvement: To analyse aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the performance, reliability, and user experience of the dailyji platform.
- Regulatory reporting: To fulfil our mandatory reporting obligations to PAGCOR, the AMLC, and the National Privacy Commission as required by Philippine law.
dailyji does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces significant legal effects on you, other than fraud and AML screening systems which may temporarily flag your account pending human review.
5 Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, dailyji processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity: Processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and dailyji — i.e., to operate your player account, process your bets, and pay out your winnings.
- Legal obligation: Processing is required to comply with Philippine laws including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160), the PAGCOR charter, and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.
- Legitimate interests: Processing is necessary for dailyji's legitimate interests in preventing fraud, ensuring platform security, and improving our services — provided these interests do not override your fundamental privacy rights.
- Consent: Where processing is not covered by the above bases — for example, sending you promotional communications about new games or bonuses — we will seek your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting player support.

These include payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), KYC verification providers, game content providers, cloud hosting services, and customer support platform providers. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements that restrict them to using your data solely for the purposes we specify.
6.3 Regulatory bodies. We are required by Philippine law to share certain data with PAGCOR (as our licensing regulator), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) where legally mandated. We may also share data with the Philippine National Police or other law enforcement agencies pursuant to a valid court order or legal process.
6.4 Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of dailyji's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and given the opportunity to exercise your data subject rights before the transfer takes effect.
